The AM-WSP-09 lumbar-sacral orthosis (LSO) is a medical-grade back brace combining a rigid posterior decompression plate with a breathable circumferential support belt. The system delivers multidirectional spinal stabilization while allowing controlled mobility for daily and rehabilitative activities. The posterior LSO plate is lightweight plastic and integrates the CCA BOA® dial for rapid, one-handed micro-adjustment to lumbar lordosis. A front pocket accepts an abdominal pad to increase anterior support. The TapeLacing (TLS) compression system enables even circumferential compression and partial load transfer to the anterior abdominal wall, improving stabilization without fully restricting movement.
