The OSS-OS-03 toe walking brace for adults is designed to correct toe-walking gait by keeping the foot in a neutral position and ensuring a correct step from heel to toe. The brace includes a rigid short splint on the sole side of the foot to prevent excessive plantar flexion and supports proper foot alignment and rolling to help maintain tissue elasticity and prevent future deformities.

Product description
Toe-walking in adults can have neurological or orthopaedic causes or result from peripheral neuropathy. Prolonged toe-walking may overstretch calf muscles and the Achilles tendon, leading to difficulty walking on a flat foot and long-term deformities. The OSS-OS-03 toe walking brace was developed to correct this gait pattern and reduce the habit of walking on tiptoe, thereby lowering the risk of muscle contractures and deformities in the ankle joint and foot.

UniPren™ — a universal 3-layer material consisting of an external elastic polyamide cover knit with a self-adhesive function, an internal neoprene foam core and an elastic jersey cover knit.
