Description
RAPTOR 1RP is a skeletal knee orthosis designed to provide targeted protection and functional support for the lower extremity. The aluminum frame combines structural stability with low weight, making the device suitable for clinical, rehabilitative and active use.

Comfort and fit
The inner padding is thermoformed using Active3D™, a closed-cell foam fabric that reduces pressure points and abrasion from rigid components. The material is waterproof, does not retain sweat and is easy to clean. Anti-migration silicone pads on strap guards improve stability and limit brace displacement during movement.

Adjustment and fastening
The RAPTOR 1RP offers an adjustable circumference via buckles mounted on the frame and a strap system with Velcro fastenings for quick application and removal. The adjustment range enables personalised fitting to patient anatomy and therapy requirements.

Active3D™
Active3D™ is a thermoformed closed-cell foam fabric designed to reduce pressure and friction from rigid orthotic elements. It can include external self-gripping layers and be thermoformed to anatomical shapes for improved interface with the limb.

3D supports / Paddings
3D relief supports are anatomically shaped technical pads (supporting foams or EVA) that offload rigid parts of the orthosis. They are manufactured with appropriate hardness and elasticity and combined with skin-friendly materials and adhesive-function layers to ensure therapeutic effect.
