OKD-42 knee brace with leaf spring hinges and an elastic patellar donut, designed to provide targeted medial–lateral support while allowing natural knee flexion and extension. Anatomical, low-profile construction enables discreet wear under clothing and supports rehabilitation and daily activity.

Leaf spring hinges act as lateral shock absorbers that follow the knee's rotational movement, reducing meniscal load and limiting excessive varus/valgus motion.
AeroSpace™ 3D knit fabric (polyester with spandex) is skin-friendly, breathable and distance-elastic, ensuring mechanical strength, flexibility and efficient sweat evacuation during activity.
The elastic, dynamic patellar donut maintains patellar alignment, reduces anterior compartment pain and helps prevent patellar dislocation or chondromalacia.
Anatomical, low-profile and lightweight design keeps stabilizing elements on the lateral axis for comfortable, discreet use.
