Description
The VINCERO ankle-foot orthosis AM-OSS-02 provides strong lateral stabilization for the ankle joint and can be used for both post-injury treatment and prophylactic protection during sport activities. The device is compatible with most sport shoes and designed for clinical and athletic rehabilitation contexts.

Properties
• Strong lateral stabilization of the ankle joint to limit inversion/eversion.
• Improves gait effectiveness and facilitates earlier return to training or work.
• Adjustable fit via peripheral straps and a length-adjustable lower band.
• Option for silicone inserts to increase comfort and local pressure distribution.

Technology / Materials
Active3D™
Active3D™ is a thermoformed closed-cell foam fabric that reduces pressure and friction from orthopaedic stays and splints. It is waterproof, does not absorb sweat, is easy to clean, and includes external self-gripping layers enabling thermoformed shaping to functional requirements.

Stiffenings
Anatomical ankle shells are injection-molded ABS. Shells are available as internal or external stiffeners for right and left limbs and can be integrated into the soft part of the orthosis or mounted externally. Buckles, screws and auxiliary elements can be attached. Flexible adhesive elements permit attachment of straps and 3D relief pads or pneumatic pillows.

Half-insole
The ABS half-insole is an optional stabilizing element placed inside the shoe to reduce torsion and enhance lateral support when loaded.

Paddings
3D relief supports are made from supportive foams or EVA, combined with skin-friendly covers and adhesive layers. They protect soft tissues from rigid components and provide anatomical cushioning for comfort and therapeutic effect.
