Product description
AS-KX-04 is a short knee orthosis designed for the conservative treatment of lateral patellar dislocation and patellofemoral joint disorders. The orthosis combines a perforated, non-elastic frontal panel and an openwork elastic posterior panel to provide targeted compression and breathability. Lateral patellar support is provided by a soft lateral pelotte and an adjustable silicone patella pelotte; two independent circumferential straps secure the orthosis above and below the knee. Two spiral lateral stays deliver precise stabilization during movement.

  • Spiral boning — thin coiled wire providing spring-like support, corrosion protected, washable in place, maintains shape memory.
  • Patella silicone support — anatomical silicone pads in various shapes/hardnesses to stabilize or unload the patella.
  • Patella stabilizers — relief foam stabilizers attached inside the orthosis with hook-and-loop elements.
