Product description
Ankle support AM-OSS-03/CCA is intended for prophylactic use in sport and for post-injury support. Indications include sprain (degrees 1–3), ankle fracture, chronic ankle instability, painful ankle syndrome, post-cast immobilization and ankle inflammation. The brace is anatomically shaped to fit inside sport shoes and is suitable for both left and right ankle.

Design and function
Lateral support elements, straps and the integrated BOA® Fit System enable anatomical fitting and stabilization of the ankle. The BOA® Fit System provides micro-adjustable compression via differential polyamide grommets, steel wires covered by plastic and a dial for precise, durable adjustment. A figure-8 strap arrangement enhances stabilization while skin-friendly materials maintain comfort.

Materials and construction
ActiveSpace™
ActiveSpace™ is a 3D spacer polyamide lamination with high ventilation. It consists of two layers with polyamide braids between them, is non-elastic to support stabilization, allows air flow and has minimal water absorption; the material is waterproof.

AeroSpace™
AeroSpace™ is a distance-elastic 3D knitted fabric made from polyester and spandex. It provides suitable compression and fit, reduces muscle vibration and relieves rigid orthotic elements while remaining lightweight and breathable.

Ankle support structure
The internal stiffening element is made of anatomically shaped ABS with longitudinal cuts permitting horizontal shaping while maintaining vertical stiffness. The support includes lacing holes for secure installation and 3D relief paddings (foam or EVA) to increase anatomical comfort.
