SPEEDERO/CCA is a single upright knee brace designed to provide valgus or varus realignment and three-point leverage to reduce compartmental contact stress in unicompartmental knee osteoarthritis. The orthosis combines a low-profile soft sleeve with an aluminum knee frame, a 1RP single-axis hinge and an optional BOA® Fit System for precise fitting.

Product description
The SPEEDERO single upright brace reduces pain and improves joint loading in patients with medial or lateral compartment knee osteoarthritis. It is recommended for knee degeneration, MCL injuries and instability. The brace is lightweight, comfortable and suitable for use during daily activities, sports protection and post‑operative care. Adjustment of alignment and range of motion helps delay or complement surgical interventions where appropriate.

Materials and technologies

How to adjust
The brace can incorporate the BOA® Fit System for fast micro-adjustment of fit. ROM and locks on the 1RP splint are adjusted with the supplied Allen key using threaded holes marked with angle values. When dual splints are used, match adjustments on both sides to ensure correct alignment and maintain warranty.
