Description
Knee brace is made of perforated foam coated with lining fabric. It holds two independent supported sets of Velcro tapes. The device is equipped with two side-shaped splints made of carbon fibres and consists of a special drop lock allowing range-of-motion (ROM) adjustment every 15°. This precise adjustment facilitates the rehabilitation process. The system of splints in the open knee brace is arranged in the shape of the letter X, which allows it to adhere perfectly to the limb and enables precise stabilization of the joint. Internal perforation allows the skin to breathe and reduces overheating. The anatomic patella support made of foam with antimycotic properties provides maximum stabilization of the patellofemoral joint.

Materials and Technology
ProSix™: innovative 3D fabric, elastic in all directions, fitting the limb precisely. External layer is 3D material providing excellent stabilization; inside is duothermic spacer foam providing high air permeability and compression; skin-contact layer is breathable cotton. ProSix™ is skin-friendly, neutral and has Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate.

EASY FIT Solution: patented system to enhance product fit to body curves; consists of universal inserts for attaching clips with elastic elements, enabling angular movement and circumferential guidance of straps; allows combination of rigid components with elastic straps for individualized stabilization.

Splint 1R Orthodesign: orthopedic splint with flexion and extension angle adjustment every 15 degrees. Adjustment uses inserted steel pins removable with a magnet; ratchet locking ring prevents spontaneous angle changes. In knee braces the splints have a tibial offset for more precise fit and ROM regulation. Splints can be slightly bent for individual adaptation in some cases.

Paddings / 3D supports: independent elements made of supporting foams or EVA foam, combined with skin-friendly materials and gripper layers; anatomical shape to relieve metal elements (splints, stays, drop locks) and prevent direct contact with skin.

Patella stabilizers: relief stabilizers made in 2D technology from relieving foams with skin-friendly fabric and gripper attachment; anatomical shape and appropriate hardness ensure therapeutic effect.
