Long light knee brace (closed construction) designed as a professional medical device to improve gait quality and support rehabilitation of the locomotor system. Stabilizes the knee joint and supports muscle insertions. Constructed with independent sets of Velcro straps, dynamic ACL support and 2-axial anatomic side splints 2RA-ACL equipped with a 2RA drop lock for ROM adjustment. The brace incorporates the ACL Precision System to reduce excessive anterior translation (anterior drawer) in cases of ACL injury.

Materials

• ActiveSpace™: spacer, polyamide 3D lamination with high skin ventilation; two-layer construction with polyamide braids; non-elastic to improve stabilization; waterproof; minimal moisture absorption.
• AeroSpace™: distance elastic 3D knitted fabric (polyester yarn + spandex) providing low weight, high flexibility, openwork structure for sweat drainage and comfort; relieves rigid elements mounted on the product.

• BOA® Fit System: dial-and-lace micro-adjustable closure integrated for fast, precise fit; engineered for durable, field-tested performance.
• System 2RA-ACL Precision: polycentric stabilizing splints with ROM adjustment and ACL support; coupling mechanism runs on parabolic tracks to keep hinges in knee bending axis; overextension blockage 15°, flexion blockage 75°, straight position immobilization; flexion/extension angle adjustable via special screws (Allan key supplied).

Paddings and patella supports

• 3D relief supports made of supporting foams or EVA foam connected with skin-friendly materials to relieve rigid elements (splints, stays, underwires, drop locks).
• Patella stabilizers in 2D technology: relieving foams with skin-friendly fabric and gripper for attachment inside the orthosis; anatomically shaped for therapeutic effect.

Additional notes

• It is possible to use a thinner pad under the drop lock.
• Splints are universal (suitable for both legs).
• Intended for long-term use in patients with complicated knee instability (partial or complete ACL rupture), pre- or post-operative use, and for people who may not undergo reconstructive surgery.
