AS-PU-02 is an anatomically shaped calf sleeve with Y-shaped adjustable straps and a silicone pressure relief zone targeting highly sensitive injured areas of the calf. The sleeve provides adjustable compression to stimulate blood circulation, support regeneration and reduce pain while leaving the injured area unobstructed.

Clinical background
Overload and sudden stretching of the calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus) are common causes of calf pain in athletes. Partial tears of the medial gastrocnemius head (tennis leg) present with acute pain, possible hematoma and limited ankle or knee motion. AS-PU-02 is intended to support and compress the calf during recovery and to help prevent further muscle injury.

Symptoms associated with tennis leg (as presented)

• Pain at the back of the knee with restricted motion
• Audible or noticeable pop at time of injury
• Occasional localized swelling of the calf
• Weak or impaired plantar flexion of the foot
• Cramp or sharp pain in the medial head of the gastrocnemius
• Reduced knee flexion strength, sometimes painful
• Standing on tiptoes is painful or impossible

Primary sleeve material: AeroSpace™ — lightweight, distance-elastic 3D knitted fabric (polyester + spandex) with open structure for sweat drainage, flexibility and relief of mounted elements. Straps/bands material: AirRubber II™ — breathable, perforated orthopaedic rubber with unidirectional elasticity that increases length (not width) for improved compression and gentle skin massage. Product is latex-free and skin-friendly.
