The Dino-Lite AM4115T-GFBW digital microscope is optimized for laboratory research and inspection of fluorescent samples using 480 nm excitation LEDs. It features a 510 nm long-pass emission filter suitable for observing GFP and related fluorophores. The long-pass filter offers sensitivity across a wider fluorescence wavelength range compared with typical band-pass filters. The unit can switch between 480 nm excitation LEDs and a white LED for sample location and focusing.
