The Dino-Lite AM4115T-YFGW digital microscope is designed for fluorescence research and inspection using 525 nm excitation LEDs and a 570 nm long-pass emission filter. It supports observation of fluorophores such as Cy3 and TRITC and can switch between green excitation and white illumination to simplify locating and focusing on samples.
