Detect green-yellow to red fluorescence emissions with the AM4517MT-YFGW high-sensitivity digital microscope (20x–220x). It delivers 520 nm excitation and uses a 570–650 nm emission filter, compatible with fluorophores such as EYFP, mCherry and Alexa Fluor 594. The unit integrates Automatic Magnification Readout (AMR) for straightforward measurements, a metal housing and a 1.3 megapixel CMOS sensor.
