Detect deep-red and near-infrared (NIR) fluorescence emissions with the AM4517MT-DFRW high-sensitivity digital microscope. Offering 20x–220x magnification, 620 nm excitation light and a 655–950 nm emission filter, it captures signals from probes such as CY5, Alexa Fluor 647 and Qdot 655. Automatic Magnification Readout (AMR) simplifies measurements and documentation.
